Our Story: Inspired by Travelers, Built on Experience
For the past five years, my journey in Rwanda’s tourism industry as a tour guide and tour consultant has given me the opportunity to meet travelers from different parts of the world, understand their needs, and help them discover the beauty of Rwanda. Throughout this journey, I have been asked many questions by travelers planning their adventures in our beautiful country. “Is it safe to self-drive in Rwanda?” “What if we haven't booked through a travel agency? Can we still rent a car with a driver-guide?” “Can someone help us plan our itinerary if we have already arranged our own trip?” “Is it possible to book a car at the last minute?” “Do you have affordable options for budget travelers as well as comfortable choices for mid-range travelers?” These were more than just questions. They were valuable insights into what travelers truly needed: flexibility, affordability, convenience, and the freedom to explore Rwanda on their own terms. Having listened to these questions over the years, I realized that many travelers wanted to experience Rwanda without necessarily going through a traditional travel agency or committing to a complete tour package. Some wanted the freedom to drive themselves, while others needed a reliable car with a professional driver-guide. Some had already planned their trips and simply needed transportation, while others wanted expert assistance in creating an itinerary that suited their interests, schedule, and budget. I never took these questions for granted. Instead, I saw an opportunity to turn the ideas and experiences I had gathered over the years into something practical and valuable.
