Kigali Airport Pickups: How It Works
What happens between your plane landing and you driving away, including the bit most rental companies leave vague.

Kigali International is small, calm and quick to clear. Most guests are outside within thirty minutes of landing, which makes airport handovers straightforward.
Before you fly
- Send us your flight number, not just the arrival time — we track the flight, so a delay is not a problem.
- Tell us how many bags you have, so we bring a vehicle that fits them.
- Confirm whether you want the car left with you or a driver for the first leg.
On arrival
We meet you in the arrivals hall with a name board. Paperwork takes a few minutes: licence, passport, a walk around the vehicle together, and the keys are yours. Airport handover is free on hires of seven days or more.
